Decided to hop on a prohormone cycle with a SARM, little bit of backstory on this I had a nerve transfer surgery about 18 months ago I had originally lost complete use of my right arm due to parsonage Turner syndrome, a rare element that causes your body to attack a nerve in this case. It was my long thoracic nerve so my seratus anterior muscle atrophied.
Overall, I had the injury for about 2 to 2 1/2 years. I had surgery at around the 13th month Mark and I got full range of motion back at about 20 months about 4mo the post 6 mo the post surgery. Been working out for a few months, but I’m at a severe deficit due to having to rebuild everything. I lost about 25 pounds from this. Have pretty good experience with weightlifting was a college athlete and I’m actively in the military as well so I’m no stranger to Fitness. Goal is to put on as much weight as possible. I’m hoping to put on about 15 to 20 pounds so here it is I’m taking LGD4033 high-tech pharmaceuticals dymethazine and sustanon250. Taking an organ, defense and liver support along the way as well as estrogen Blocker. Wanted to get any thoughts or concerns on this stack that I’m running and if anybody had some more advice or tips, I appreciate the feedback. Sorry for the long post guys.

Weight gain is determined by how many calories you eat, the things you are taking will help more of those calories go towards muscle growth given that your training is on par.

Gaining 15 to 20 lb on a cycle is a reality but a lot of it will be water and glycogen, it's highly unlikely you'll gain more than a few pounds of muscle tissue.

You're going to need to be running actual steroid cycles for about a year to put on 15 to 20 lb of actual muscle tissue. Which is doable in someone's first year or two of taking steroids but even that is hard to achieve once you've been using things for a while.

I'm only telling you all this to give you some more realistic expectations. But, Because you have recently lost a bunch of weight and muscle mass you will gain weight and muscle mass back quicker given that you're doing the things to facilitate that growth
