If your on both neovar and AP at the same time I recommend a schedule as following.
Neovar with morning meals (meal 1 of the day with carbs)
AP pre workout with carbs ( I like this method it makes the AP similar to p-slin for me as AP is cheaper than P-slin)
Neovar post workout with carbs. (you can also add in a AP tab if you like. )
Another protocol:
Dose 1 AP = Morning with carb meals.
Neovar dose #1 with 1 AP preworkout with carbs.
Neovar dose #2 with AP post workout with carbs.
I find that neovar although having repartition properties is mainly for creatine uptake. I enjoy AP more for the carb shuffling ability as I feel and see it happen more on AP.
This is what I would do, this protocol of mine would be on a cut for me since I try to consume most of my carbs morning,pre and post workout.

I have used both and felt they both need around the same. I "felt" more with the AP and tend to recomp a little better with it but they both were about the same in preventing fat gain imo
