needle size shoulder...

Ive been on TRT for 8 months now and have only done glute injections....the needles provided from the clinic are 25G, 1 1/2" length, 3ml.
Thinking about trying out shoulder injections, what size needle do most recommend? Please keep in mind, I'm a thin guy, very lean with no fat on my shoulder area at all.

Can I still use the needles I have (1 1/2" 25G) or do I need a shorter needle?

Anything else I should know about doing shoulder injections or is it about the same technique as IM Glute injections?

I use 25ga 1” in the delt. Same way I do it in the quad.

^^^^ what these guys said. I use 23 g 1” and pin delts, glutes and quads. An inch of depth is plenty deep to get into the muscle.

I got to my local pharmacy and get them 25g 1” for a quarter each

Depending on your state any pharmacy but I use East coast medical supply. It’s like $25 for 100 pins.

I live in Texas so hopefully Walgreens will sell them, I’d rather just buy a few to try out before ordering a ton online.
