Been away for a few days.. Recovering from a small bug that's going around.. Still nothing in the mail.. I emailed sales and gave them my info and haven't heard back yet..

I'm trying. These products are very good. I feel bad the service has been what it should be. The reps here aren't to blame. Things got crazy I guess at the main office
