Im trying to work my way down to 185lbs, and seem to have slammed into a brick wall... I was Down to about 210-215lbs, and took this crap called anadrol and stacked on weight in no time and now im trying to burn it all off. Im on your basic fat burners, fish oils, vitamins, and a pretty nice MRP that i put together. Im on a pretty lean diet, and get in about 8-10 miles of running every week, but it doesnt seem to be going anywhere. For the first half of the year, i did a couple cycles of CLEN and SARMS, with that I bulked and cut up a little, but didn't really drop any weight.... So with that said, i was wanting to know if anyone had anymore tips on things i could try, to drop this unwanted weight as fast as possible.. im trying to be down to the 185-200lb range by July 2012 if at all possible.

Diet, diet, diet. Sounds like your training is good a good lean diet and carbon cycling has helped me A LOT. im trying to get down to the same weight and I got a ways to go but carbon cycling has helped me oh and a supp called WIN-50 by double dragon

Beware that what he is suggesting is a prohormone, prostanozol to be exact. Just know what you are getting into before you consider taking that. Secondly, he is correct that it is ALL diet. You may think you are eating cleanly, but you really won't shed the extra weight until you begin tracking your EXACT caloric intake. You need to figure out your maintenance calories, and then dip below that by a few hundred calories. This means measuring everything out and using a calorie tracking app. It may sound like a pain in the ass, but once you get into a routine it's actually pretty easy. The results will be more than worth it.

yea i was just reading up on it and saw that... and yea ive been pretty good about tracking caloric intake and how much im burning off, could be better, and i plan to improve on that... but yea my thing in the end is just staying in routine. my old work schedule messed that up alot but im back on a more stable foundation to where i can plan things out better than i could before hand, like meals and workouts and everything else... but thanks man, definitely helpful info!

Yeah it is a pro hormone but I mean it has helped me lean down a little but the other guy is right caloric intake and of course steady training and cardio. Play with your calories once you've found out what your daily intake should be and see what works.
