Need to lose weight! HELP!

I'll try that, I've felt less tired but I still feel it a little. Still going strong though, about to head to the gym right now :)
 
You can always fit some HIIT in upon waking. Sprints, skip rope, etc. 15-20 min max will burn fat for the entire day afterwards mate. Eat proper and eat enough. I like a full body workout 3x per week with minimal rest between sets. I also do more of a circuit whilst there to keep my HR up and the lactic (spelling?) flowing throuhg my blood.

Yeah, amen to the that. I always find HIIT to be really beneficial.
