Need to cycle off?

Hello,
Ive been using Follidrone and Viron with excellent results. Other than the general advice to cycle off most supplements once in a while, is there a reason I could not take these two long term?

Active ingredients -

Viron: Boron and Longifolia

Follidrone: Epicatechin

The companies want you to cycle off for safety reasons but i know people who dont cycle off follidrone. In fact taking it for say 8 weeks is gunna get you better results than taking it for 4 and cycling off. ha
