Need something for cortisol control

Looking for a recommendation that helps minimize cortisol release. I've read that something that out right completely blocks is bad, as we need it, but I'm looking for something to minimize it as much as safely possible. Hoping for a recommendation for a product.

Anything with phosphatidylserine will do the trick. I'm almost a week in taking Endoamp, so far so good.
 
Rhodiola Rosea balances cortisol. Brings it up when it's low and brings it down when it's high.

NOW Foods have a good one and it's cheap.
 
Could go with SNS Reduce XT (Oral) or CEL Suppress C (Transdermal). I would post a link so you can view the products but I am not sure if it's allowed here.
