NEED SOME TIPS ON PH CYCLE

Hello everyone! Ok so here's the deal I'm taking kronic ph by AMF witch contains 25mg of halodrol and 15mg of epistane I'm taking two caps each day for 4weeks I'm gonna run nolvadex 20/20/10/10 my question is do I take cycle assist on pct as well and I also have erase by pes..when should I take it and how and what else can I use in my pct thx I'm new to this forum Iv taken ph befor but never really foucus on pct pls be specific
 
I have a pct I just want tips on how most ppl do it that's all Iv done ph befor and did a very good job I'm looking for tips not Lecture thx

Yes take cycle assist through pct

Start 3 caps of erase on the 2nd week of pct and taper down each week. So like 0/3/2/1/1.

You should also get some D Aspartic Acid for pct. it's cheap and is supposed to work pretty well for natural test production

Yeah no problem. Next time you would really help yourself out to have every little detail planned before starting... And post cycle is a huge part of your cycle when it comes to maintaining what you gained.
