Need some suggestions here

Need some suggestions. Here's the deal. After filtering my gear the 18g needle's hole in the stopper didn't seal up completely. Now every time I turn it upside down to draw from it it leaks (small drip) whats the best way to close it up? or Solve the problem? Worst comes to worst I can transfer to another vial but I'm looking for a way to close the hole. Anyone?

Problem, if the hole is that open that it leaks, that means stuff could be going in. Consequently, I would transfer soon and maybe refilter.

I must admit though, I am paranoid and obsessive with sterility.
