Hey, just need some advice and input. In early October I started to lift heavy and I just wanted to ask if my progression is good for only being 3months and if you guys know of some good workouts that will help me lift more.
Age: 19
Weight: 155-158
Height: 5'7

I notice that when I began I had horrible form and didn't do the sets with proper reps but now I do it with good form. All these lifts I do without a belt. I been having trouble with squats and bench but about 2 weeks ago I started to do leg press with squats and it seems to have helped my progression but I'm only gaining about 10pounds each week in squat. My bench was pretty bad in these past months but 3 weeks ago I started to do dumbbell press with it and it seems to have increased my bench but I only notice a 5 pound increase each week since then. Any suggestions how to to bump it up?
Workout:
With the sets I try to do between 3-5 reps
Squat 135(warm up), 195,195,195
Goodmorning: 135 (warm up), 190, 190
Deadlift: 285, 275,275
Leg press: 180, 180 (I put a pause at the very bottom and I try to explode up)

Bench 135 (warm up), 185, 185
Incline 140, 140, 140
Dumbbell Press (total amount) 140, 140, 140
Dips 2xfailure
I workout out 3 times a week but only twice a week do I do strength exercises.
Really wondering if I got good progress or not? and at what point would I be lifting a good amount for my weight, age and with no belts/bench suit.
