Need some new training models

I hit the gym at least 5 days a week but I'm gettin bored with my current back&bi's/chest&tri's, shoulders, and abs/legs routine. I need to mix it up some and take my workout to the next level. I would appreciate a few suggestions for a new program. I'm wondering what some of you guys are doing.

I kinda want to put on 15-20 lbs by next summer-I just want to take it to the next level. The actors and fighters can do it-I want a challenge! Thanks
