Need some help

Hey guys I need someone to help me out with a good workout regime to follow throughout a week and how many days I should work out and how much cardio I should do.
My age is 25 and since the past year I have been gaining a lot of fat around my waist and chest, I have been very good with my diet and quite regular with my workouts. I train 1 muscle a day with low intensity cardio for 5 minutes as a warm up. Someone out there please help me get into shape and help me with a workout plan.
 
You're going to get a lot of people telling you to use a tried and proven program like 5/3/1, any of the 5x5 variations, Layne Norton's P.H.A.T., etc. Take a look at those. You're also going to need to provide more information such as training experience, goals and other things like that

Definitely good advice, if you could post what your diet looks like as well it could help. I would look into HIIT for your cardio as well, 5 minutes of low intensity is not going to do much for ya.
