Need some help with Weight Loss

Hey everyone,
So I am a boxer and I'm trying to lose some weight before I start fighting again. Right now I am 6'1 205 lbs, and my trainer said he wants me to be at 185 by september. I lift 4-5 times a week and either run or play basketball 3-4 times a week. I try to watch my meals, but it is difficult because I am away at school. What are some ways I could improve my weight loss?
 
Well, this isn't going to be any earth shattering information, but if you are really set on losing 20 lbs over the course of the next 10 or so weeks, you are going to have to have a very structured meal plan (having been a student for many years, I understand the headache). It can definitely be done, but you are going to have to really commit to make it happen.
 
Question - are you boxing in the 185 weight class or do you need to be 185 hydrated? I used to wrestle and depending on your league weigh-ins could be anywhere from an hour before the match to the night before the match. So you might not need to lose as much fat as you think. Ultimately, you will only lose weight with a clean diet. Do you eat in a dining-hall on a meal plan or are you shopping and making your own food. I've been in both situations so I can provide tips either way.
