Need some help with my current diet

Well I know a lot of people will frown on my current diet but I feel it needs to get changed up. Im 26 years old 6'2 210 lbs. I'm currently on oxeyelite and love the stuff. I work construction 7 days go to the gym 5 days a week. Taking a protein shake in the morning with breakfast and one after my workout. My calories with the shakes is between 1300-1500, up till recently carbs were super low as well. Diet consist of mostly fish, eggs, chicken and jerky I got the exact results I wanted but my body is starting to get exhausted. I lost a lot of weight fast all while still gaining muscle. It's time to get the final bit of stubborn fat off. My arms look good but my midsection is lacking in definition. What do yall think I need to change up to get that last little bit off?
