You're mildly dehydrated, otherwise looks fine.

White blood cell counts vary all the time due to MANY factors and not just disease. Without getting too technical, lymphocytes are part of the bloodwork differential which basically helps differentiate between viral and bacterial illness. Your body is always in a state of high alert and filtering potential pathogens, therefore it's ok to have small alterations in your blood count which yours is.
