Hey Guys,
I’m looking for some help…
I’ve been working out for several years, but have only hit it really hard for the last year.
I’m 5’9 around 165 and looking to keep lean and put on some bulk. Ideally I would like to be about 180.

In the past, I’ve used creatine and have eaten heavy protean diets, but these don’t take me to the next level. While keeping my health, I want to jump up to the next level. Also, like everyone these days, I’m on a budget so I don’t have too much extra $$$ to throw around.

What do I want to take to get moving?

Looking forward to hearing some of your ideas.

I don't know if you have done any of these prohormones in the past, but if not, Hdrol would be a good first prohormone. From there, if you stick with a bulking program focusing mainly on heavy compound lifts such as squats, deads, pressing, rowing, etc and get a surplus of clean calories you should do well for your first cycle. Hope that helps.

bolded: is what you need to do first....not a ph

Ok, he's been lifting a few years, is looking to go from 165 to 180, posted his question in this forum, so it is my opinion he probably wants to try one of these products. Hence my suggestion for Hdrol as a solid first choice. Why flame me for weighing 170 pounds? (which is now actually 180 pounds from an M1,4ADD cycle and following my own advice on diet and lifting).

Either way, I respect your opinion of eating clean and focusing on the workouts, but for hard gainers such as myself, sometimes that is not enough to achieve our goals.

if you're a hardgainer eat more. bottom line.

i'm not flaming you, and congratulations on getting to 180

my point is that ph's got banned for a reason, mostly cuz people misuse them or use them too early.

we are simply here to guide him in the right direction, and right now that is to get the diet and training down for a few years.
I would believe that even the people at CEL would agree.

man,i think you need first hit 180lbs to star thinking about take some ph,there are a lot of supplements on market that problably will pump you up,be patient.

Alot of people will recomend H-Drol for a first cycle, and it is a good option. However, since you are more focused on wanting to gain, I would say P-Mag.

As for support supplements, you should start using Cycle Assist one week prior to your cycle and use it throughout your cycle. Space your dosage out 4 hours apart from ph dosing.

My personal PCT would be Inhibit-E and Liver Assist XT by SNS along with PCT Assist by us. I would also suggest Suppress-C, but if you are on an extreme budget, you could cut that out.

I agree fine tuning diet and training should be first and foremost for anyone, but I dont agree that 170 lbs is not an acceptable starting point for ph's. Everyone starts at a different point, and some gain better than others. I started at less than 140 lbs.
