Need some Advice

Hi everyone. I’m new here and looking for some advice. I have been lifting off and on for over 19 years (religiously for the past 2 years). Up until this point I had always done nothing but OTC supplements; i.e. creatine, NO2 boosters, T-boosters, etc…I'm 5'8 and at 200 pounds even right now. I'm 37 years old and have approximately 20% BF. My main goal is to reduce the body fat while maintaining muscle size and increasing strength. I lift 6 days a week; 3 days on 1 day off (chest and tri, back and bi, leg and shoulders) and follow weight training with 15-20 minutes of cardio (going to move up to 30). My main problem area is belly fat. I have decided that I was to try a 8 week run of Ostarine from Sar^&1. My plan is as follows:
All for 8 weeks:
Ostarine 25mg pre-workout
1 MR Vortex pre-workout
Dymatize Super Amino 6000 pre-workout
MET-Rx Triple Omega 3-6-9 post-workout
5g micronized creatine monohydrate post-workout
Kirkland Signature Glucosamine & Chondroitin post-workout
multi vitamin post-workout
various Whey protein shakes post workout

Would a AI or PCT be necessary? Any recommendations based on my supplement intake?

I like the plan. 8 weeks osta 25-30mg should be good. I'd run an OTC pct. like arimistane, a natty test booster ect. However this is a longer cycle and has the potential for shut down. So many would say a serm should be used for pct. a serm is easy to get and it might be better to play it safe and just do a low dose nolva pct.
 
Thanks man! I don't know where to get a serm from so it will have to be OTC for me. From what I have read shutdown should hopefully not be too bad so hopefully OTC will treat me well. Guess I won't know until 8 weeks from now lol..
 
Thanks guys. From what I have read in what seems like a billion post all over the internet the Osta should not be so suppresive that it would require a serm. This is good because I have no idea how to get one (I have idea's but have no idea what and what not is a reputable site). I do have a bottle of Erase on hand in case I find out I am prone to Gyno (I have read that although rare some have flare up using Osta).

No prob man you should be just fine! Get solid OTC products though. kill it man! :)

How to get serms delivered to our home for less then a happy meal:
1- go to Google
2- type "buy clomid online"
3- hit enter
5- pick site and order

I would get the "desired meds" from India. Better quality then research sh't. But any case. Its not like ur going to use it for human consumption any way
