need some advice from the experienced

I'm looking to start a PH cycle, but i want to be smart about it.
I know i need a pct not sure what i want but everyone talks about nolva. I know ag-guys sell it but not sure on the dosage.
Also i read about SERM, iv'e never heard of this word but im guessing its the same as pct. if someone could explain serm that would be nice so i could research it more.
there are three different Pro hormone cycles im looking at
-ultra drol
-PH-19
-m-stem

i'm not sure which one i want to do so if there are any suggestions that would be nice. i've researched ultra drol and ph-19 but not m-stem

Ultradrol is m-sten (methyl stenbolone)

SERM is selective estrogen receptor modulator.
