Need SERMs for Hi-Tech products

If one were to take a single Hi-Tech product, at the label dosage (1 tablet, twice daily), not stacked with anything else, for only 4-8 weeks, would they need a SERM, or would OTC PCT products suffice? For example, 2 tablets daily of Osta-Plex or 1-Testostarone.
