Need referenced to a workout plan.

Was wondering if anyone knew of, or used a workout plan that is based around building muscle mass while incorporating my three favorite lifts as well. Dead, Squat, and Bench. It seems like everything I come across is more definition based rather than strength. Thanks in advance everyone.

Well I'm sick of all of the variances. I want to follow a plan to the T but not a fan of hack squats, wide bench, etc. This plan looks like a good one, thanks.
