6' 195lbs 10-12% BF
I had pubertal gyno in both breasts, the left I got removed years ago and the right was much slower developing so I still have it but it's not too bad but I know it's there.
NO AAS use (interested in starting a cycle soon)
Don't want to start until I maintain a healthy hormone balance
I did bloodwork a month and a half ago and everything checked out okay minus my cholesterol was high for some reason and my total estrogens was high at 130.
Total test was 621. When I did this bloodwork a month ago my libido was shot and erections were poor. I had felt like this for the last several years but I just rolled with it. I didn't get my e1 and e2 checked a month ago because I was unaware of that. I sought out some help on the forums and was told to try an AI. So I ran liquidex .25mg EOD for four weeks.
4 weeks later - I felt much better than I've felt in awhile, erections were improved and libido was up. Morning wood was constant unlike months and months prior to liquidex. So I thought hey something must be working here! I got bloodwork done and my test dropped down 70 points to 553 and my total estrogens went UP to 145 but my estradiol was perfect at 25.
A week ago I started aromasin when I was waiting to receive my bloodwork results back because I figured I would need to take it to make sure I don't have any estrogen rebound at all. I did 12.5mg Aromasin ED for the past 5 days and after the first day, only 12 hours later my libido was shot and erections were gone. Morning wood faded bigtime and I don't feel nearly as good as I did before. I'm assuming I crushed my e2 levels. Although, e2 is probably down my gyno feels much better, as if it shrunk a little bit. I decided to not take aromasin today to let my estrogen bounce back, but is that even possible?
What should I do?
Should I taper off the aromasin or just cut it out after five days of use?
Is my e1 just stupid high and my e2 is now normal after liquidex? ( I have no idea what it was prior to liquidex because I didn't know about the e1,e2 just thought it was high because my libido was shot and total estrogens was through the roof)
How could I feel better after 4 weeks of liquidex but my results were higher than before I ever took any AI's?
Is there a way to directly lower estrone without effecting e2? I've read a bit about DIM and I3C but if someone with experience could chime in that would be awesome!
