My typical workout is pretty intense.
It either consists of a 3.5 mile prelifting jog or a 15 mile bike ride full speed.
I do this 4 to 5 per week no cardio break ups during week.
All cardio exercise ls are followed by a weightlifting routine.
I am currently using Novedex XT as a stand alone and plan on using
Primordials Turinabol LV muscle stack since those guys actually do their homework.
I fuel up nicely prior to workout so I have plenty if energy.
However when I am done I am usually pretty spent.
My question is what supplement can I take to have a better recovery
as now all I am taking is protein and some carbs.
I want to be able to continue my day with energy and not feel
so spent...
