been taking oep and lovin it started adding 2 recreat's per day. And soso results. Not a big fan of recreate. Was thinking of adding cla and (1) venom lean dream @ night. Any input or opinons would be appreciated. Would like to know if it's to much?
to lose around 20 lbs. I've lost 40lbs in round 8 months. And took round 2 month break from any supps. But I maintained the weight I lost and my diet but didn't do as much cardio as I was doing. Went from 295 to 255. Trying to get to 225-230.
