Need Opinion - nolvadex

i am dec & cyp cycle, ED is acting up and was tt a guy that suggested Estrogen increase may be to blame and to add my nolvadex now in the cycle and continue use through my PCT adding clomid after 2 weeks. Question is, should I add the nolvadex now or use something else as to not mess up my PCT?
