Logging Experience? I have never had a chance to log a supplement, i have logged my own personal journeys with bodybuilding though.
Goal? I'm trying to get in the shape of my life. I never look all cut up during summer because I don't do the whole bodybuilding life style to look good for me, i do it for me. So all through summer i'm bulking, clean bulk, while everyone else who has already cut down and are enjoying the beach and clubs, drinking and pigging out. I'm hanging out at the beach with my bag with protein shakes, fruits, water and Tupperware with food in it. I'm planning to join the armed services coming next year after i have enough money saved up for when i'm out of boot camp and back to the real world for awhile. And to do that i first need to get in the best shape of my life. Amino 1 will help me get through all my workouts until than. I've tried a few bcaa's in the past like x-tend, power shock and beverly's mass amino so will be interesting to see how Amino 1 will hold up against the ones i've taken and loved before. Will do a log and also put reviews up on amazon.com and anywhere else that will sell Amino 1.
