While it's good that you're keeping your dosages moderate, this cycle isn't put together well. Sustanon should be run on an every other day schedule at best, or at least 500mg/week. It should also be run at the same time as the eq, which should optimally be run longer than six weeks and at a higher dose than 200mg in my opinion. What are your goals for this cycle? Also throw in some more stats such as height, diet and training.

well i'm 175 cm tall...& the purpose of the cycle is bulking from week 1-6 then cutting from week 8-16

& i eat about 3500 cal contains about 400 gr protien in 6 meals & been doing researches for about a year & i prefer a 4-8 weeks cycle long

this is a VERY poorly designed cycle ... you need to do a lot more research regarding half lives and PCT

if this is poor ...can any one sugest a 6 week cycle

Yeah. Some research stacked with some study time always yield great results for me. But I usually run those for much longer than 6 weeks.

:goodpost:

sorry but we aren't going to do all the research for you .. if you need some final pointers and fine tuning that's one thing .. people aren't going to sit around designing cycles for others

Decide what your goals are first and hit up the cycle logs section for some ideas . Get an idea of what you want to run and like mentioned we can help fine tune it.
