Right.. this time last year I was 12 and a half stone now I'm 16 stone mostly fat. Should I loose weight the build muscle or do both and would a punch bag make me loose a lot of weight ?
a lil bit of n old thread but since theres no replies il try add something. sometimes i feel a little bit repetitive but once again whats your bodystats, diet and current training look like, and also your goals.
