Ok I got 3 vials of MR's Long R3 igf-1, A few guys said it's 1mg/ml, if that's correct , I have 1/2cc slin pins with 50 units so 1 tick would be 10mcg, right? That is IF the vial is in 1mg/ml concentration, can anyone help me out??? Oh yeah, and alot of people have been talking about cutting down on slin with this stuff, How much are we talking about here, I know 10iu's on slin is a pretty normal dose pw, maybe I can work my way up to about 7 to 8 instead of the normal 10???

I haven't seen the 1/2 cc pins - I know in my 1cc 100iu pins, each tick is 2iu. In my 1/3 cc, the ticks are 1iu. Just count the number of ticks between 0 and 10 to be sure. I've heard to half the slin dose with IGF, but I'll defer to others for that one.

edit: not to preach, but be CAREFUL with the slin. Screwing up w/IGF will cost you money, screwing up with slin will land you pushing up daisies.

If you have a 1/2 cc pin with 50 ticks on it, each tick is 1 IU, for a slin pin, there are 100iu in 1cc. So you have 1,000mcg of igf in 1ml. That makes each tick (on the 1/2 cc pin) 10mcg of IGF.
If you have the 1cc pin with 50 ticks as well, each tick will be 20mcg.

Yes... be VERY careful when using slin on IGF...

If you are using slin w/ your igf just pretend you are starting slin for the first time. Start at 2 iu's and work up to 5-6 at the most. While OFF igf you can work up to 10. The igf will increase your sensitivity to insulin, it does this even when you are not using exogeneous insulin.

Maybe someone with more technical knowledge can clarify if it is mimicking slin or increasing sensitivity, inquiring minds want to know....
