need help

I need some help getting back into shape. Which i once was before i got married, had kids and starting working crazy hours. I'm 6'2 230lbs with an athletic build. My goal is to drop 20lbs to 30lbs hopefully before my vacation in november. I started eating better and lost 20lbs i packed on this winter. I would like some input on supplements, diets, and basic workout routine i can do at home. Not enough time in the day to hit the gym. I do have a treadmill i hop on acouple times a week. Not really concerned about muscle gain, just really want to lose my belly and get cut. All help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
 
ok, id say try this if you can:

cardio on the treadmill or running outside before breakfast....so nothing in your stomach...your blood sugar is the lowest at this time so you will end up burning mostly fat. then try and get another session of cardio in after work or something. both sessions could be like 20mins each.

id say just stick with cardio twice a day and eat lean meats and maybe cut your carb intake a bit.

then if you want you can pick up a fatburner to add to the mix....diet and cardio are the biggest things to get in check when you are trying to cut.
 
Hey man like he said^^cardio on an empty stomach is good in fat burning. But 100% you have to get your diet right. Eat clean every 2 1/2 - 3 hours consisting of eggwhites,tuna,grilled chicken, or lean red meat for protein sources. For carbohydrates oatmeal, white rice, or sweet potatoes are good but keep them low around 150-200 daily. Don't worry about refeeds right now if your wanting to drop weight by November 1 lb to 1 1/2 lb per week is healthy. Drink plenty of water at least a gallon per day.
