Need Help

Okay guys I'm 5"7 140 lbs. I have been lifting hard for about a year but I haven't really taken any supps. besides proteins and cytosport fast twitch. What are some recomendations for a preworkout supp and maybe a test booster?
 
Well first if you've been lifting for almost a year and your still only 140 at 5'7 you really need to check your diet, don't underestimate how much it does for you.

For supps I would recommend you some protein and maybe some creatine.. As for the test booster how old are you?

ya i would aree with taking a pre workout supp just maby some creatine...add some glutaimine, but what are you trying to do bulk up or cut up? i would guess bulk and as far as the test booster goes your age is very important

i hate u know thats my **** bro lol jk... but if u use 2-3 scoops fast twitch u have to feel it thats like 400-600 mg caffiene!!

but to whoever started this thread try changing ur diet 4-7 small meals a day try switching ur routines low rep high weight.. no more 3 x 10 that only works so long try switching from to db bench. all kinds of things.

i can gurantee its ur diet man i was 5'7 135-140 range and i was eating poptarts drinking gatorade and eating chips for snacks eating ice cream in teh morning doughnuts pizzas etc.. started eating pb sandwiches drinking shakes i got into the 155-165 range started eating even better/more got into the 165-175 range and all while not looking fat at all.
 
First thinks first as people mentioned eat and eat a lot 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight also eat like 6 meals a day and healthy meals protein and creatine are fine for now if your working out for a year at 142 you need to eat a lot more son.
 
Thanks so far for the help. I'm 19, to the test booster question. I eat alot, like almost to much but not enough of the right stuff if you get what I'm saying.
 
hey man im 18 and ive been lifting for along time but have jumped up and down in weight due to football season and a serious knee surgery, but at 140 pounds you do not need a test booster as already said get alot of protein in ya 1.5 grams or more per pounds of your body per day...i would recommend jak3d or no explode for a pre work out supplement...also post your workout and let guys comment on it
 
pre-workout supp = Jack3d ..without a doubt, the best i have ever used


LIFT HARD, EAT BIG, SLEEP!!! you will grow my friend, just be patient.. besides Test boosters wont put on that much more weight on you than eating and sleep right would.

agree. it's like drinking ape testosterone before you work out no joke bro

lol sorry man but i tried it a while back and after like 2 workouts swore to never get near the stuff again, i literally felt sick after my workouts and thought it was the devil...
