I have stubborn belly fat that I have been trying to get rid of through different diets and exercise but I cant seem to get rid of it. I have been doing cardio for 30 min 5 days a week and have been on a low carb diet for a while. I want to switch up my diet to get rid of the fat, but I dont really know what I should do. Maybe cut out all my fat intake and up the cardio or maybe just pay more attention to my calorie intake which I haven't really been doing in the past. Please Help!
