Need help with Winstrol Cycle

I am currently on the CKD diet (keto) and have lost about 14lb in body fat and kept alot of muscle from my bulk.

I have got winstrol 100 5mg tabs and want to run a cycle to build a little more muscle and help aid my fat loss.

My problem is i have not been eating carbs for the past 2 months (well carb up every 2 weeks) and want to know if i can continue this diet on winstrol?

Should i change my diet and just do a calorie deflict?
2 years ago i was taking dbol, sus, deca, dianabol, and have cycled these properly and have experience and know what to expect.

Just need some advice on this steroid as i am new to it i.e...

How much should i run?

How much should i be eating if my goal is to get ripped? change my diet?

Will i need some pct? liver support?

What can i expect from winstrol? (i have researched it just wondering from peoples experience)

50mg e/d for 6 weeks is a typical moderately dosed cycle.

i dont see any problem with the diet for your goals. you should add in some trenbolone to the winstrol, or a similar 19nor compound.

Why add something to it?

Just been looking at a small dosage i.e 25mg e/d as i havnt taken anything in so long and go up. will i need pct?

I have like 10g carb in my diet per day and it will be fine to take the whistrol whilst maintaining this diet?
 
I think your diet is good with winni I would start with 30mg ed if you dont start cramping up then rise it to 50mg ed,The only thing you might want to add is 400mg-500mg ed of potassium. I use liver rite too its cheap and cant hurt,You probably wont notice a lot of gains just running winni,would help throughing in some test or tren with it for better gains but then you would have to change up your diet alittle.
 
I literally just want to get ripped and wouldnt mind a little bit of muscle gain but i am happy with the muscle i have.

Do you no think whinny will improve my strength and muscle size at all?

I weigh 200lbs so and about 16% bf 6"0 so how many calories should i be eating per day to get down to like 10%bf
 
if you are just looking for some performance enhancement effects, im sure a low dose would help.

it'll probably be anabolic enough to prevent muscle catabolism as well.

25mg for 6-8 weeks, and yes, you'll still need a pct, at the least a serm & ai to start for week 3 of the serm.

So carbs are not important on whinny?

Alot of steroids rely on carbs don't they?

How long before i start seeing these strength gains?

Also is it better to take the tabs all at once or throughout the day?
 
For your goals I think your diet is great,Yes carbs ,protien,aas go great togehter but your looking to cut, drop BF and gain just alittle muscle,Winni is not going to give you really noticable strenght gains your muscles will seem alot harder,And I would take about 1-2 hours before I hit the gym it has around 6-8 hour efficency.
 
so you would take all the tabs before the gym.

What about none gym days, is it ok to just take them all in the morning
 
Thats what I do.Just becuase even on none work out days your still doing something walking,working,moving stuff ect, I think the best time is in the morning if your not going to hit the gym . Let me know how it works for you in a couple weeks.
