I have the Pak, pump, cuts and omega. I need help with the timing of taking all these and when like before or after workout
 
That's quite a stack, you are sure to see some gains with a solid diet/workout plan.

If i was you, I would break it down like this...


-Cuts as soon as you wake up (ie. roll over out of bed and pop your first pak)
-Pak first thing in the morning with your first meal.
-Omega with a whole food meal
-2nd Pack of cuts
-pump preworkout (remove the RED stimulant pill)

(this is provided you workout later on in the day, you can adjust as necessary)

you are already getting 400mg caffeine and 40mg synephrine per day and i think any more would cause definate insomnia, if I was you I would definately drop that red pill in the pump.

ok i wanted to make sure i didnt need the red pill from the pump. so lets say one day i workout in the morning...ill take the cuts and pump at once? also how long after cuts do i wait til i can eat.

Pak take it daily with breakfast.

Pump aim to take it around 25-30 min pre workout on an empty stomach. You may need to omit the red pill due to the stims in Cuts.

Cuts I would take it around 35-30 min pre workout and again either later in the day around noon (if you are working out in the early morning) or before your second cardio session (assuming you're doing 2) or just sometime inbetween meals or just 4-6 hours later. I wouldn't take it after 5:00 PM though just to be safe in regards to sleep.

Omega you can take it one or two times a day... I take mine with a shake.

To the OP, solid stack. 3/4 are pretty foundational--Pump, Omega and Pak.

Yes sir, almost everyday. Typically in the AM and also before bed at times as well although I find I do better on just plain Casein shakes for bedtime.
 
I unfortunately have yet to be able to stomach cottage cheese. feels really weird going down the gullet...
