Need help with ostarine 8 week cycle

Hi guys long time reader first time posting.

I have a question on pct for ostarine. I started my ostarine cycle yesterday at 20mg ED. Im looking to recomp/cut. Im 5ft 10inch and sitting around 90kg 28 years old. I was thinking of using an otc pct like sup3er pct and a serm like nolva or clomid (leaning more towards nolva from my research on them). Does this sound ok/enough for my pct? And i know you dont need a pct for a sarm but there is too many logs concerning a mild shutdown so i figure a pct would be good anyway ostarine cycle or not. Dosage of the serm for each day and how long would be of most help to me at the moment. Also should i ran an ai like arimistane and a test booster like daa along side the ostarine or just the ostarine by itself? May create a log of the cycle in the next few days. Im using ostar1ne by OL.

This should go in the Anabolics section.

PCT Is a must with Osta. But run the Nolva @20mg for first 2 weeks 10mg last 2 weeks. Osta should be easy to recover from and you shouldn't have to go higher than that. Run the sup3r pct as directed.

So 4 weeks looks like:
Nolva 20/20/10/10
Sup3r PCT per bottle instructions.

No need for test base during cycle and not during pct, unless you meant test booster like mentioned in original post. Nolva and Sup3r PCT are plenty for osta only.

AI, just keep it on hand during cycle in case you're one who gets estro sides from ostarine, but there is no need to take it just to take it.

You can run a test base with Osta. Actually I recommend doing so to combat lethargy etc. I wish I did during my Osta run :) Have ai on hand. Most guys will be fine without but some that are gyno prone have had problems with flare up, so better safe than sorry on that point imo.
 
Thanks man. Its good to know that some test will help natty test ill be getting but still anything to help with it. Ostarine is my first step away from anything natty so looking forward to the weeks that come.
