Need help with my stack.......

So this is my basic stack for the next 140 days or so until football starts and then it will change. The AAKG listed below will be taken only on workout days for six weeks and then four weeks off. Im going to cycle creatine for six week periods and 4 weeks off by doing three days 15-20 grams 3 days off and repeat. I am also adding retain 2, mass fx, and hyperdrol for 8 weeks at the recomended dosages. I will take three-four weeks off and then start x factor and mass fx for 50 days. Any changes or additions i should make? any changes in dosages or order? Thanks for the help i will start this tuesday



MORNING
400 IUS of Vitamin E
500 MG of Vitamin C
Beta Carotene

5 GRAMS L-Arginine-Alpha-Ketogluterate- 6 weeks on and off

MID MORNING
40-50 GRAM Whey Protein Shake

BEFORE LUNCH
5 GRAMS L-Argine-Alpha Ketogluterate -------30 Min Before
1,000MG of Vitamin c with AAKG- 6 weeks on and off

PREWORKOUT

2 GRAMS Beta Alanine

5 GRAMS Glutamine

WOW. Looks like you have all of the bases covered. The only thing that I would add is Poseidon. It will help with your hydration and give you some B vitamins to help with energy and CNS focus and recovery.
 
Hey man first off i wanna say i hope your recovery goes well and i know your itchin to get back in the gym(i know i was after my surgery) :)

Your layout looks really really good in my opinion. I see your found some nice stacks and i think both will be great. With your lay out the only things i might change is taking the arginine with your pre-workout mix instead of pre lunch meal. Also i am not sure about the alcar post workout and you may want to move that to when you wake up. I liked to take alcar in the morning and pre workout when i used it. It looks really solid though. I also will recommend Poseidon because i know you have mentioned you have pretty long and intensive fb workouts(2hours i think you have said) and the added electrolytes should help a lot.

yeah ive moved the arginine around a lot but thats when i seem to get the best pumps from. Im also gonna move the alcar around and see how that works out for me. I dont know if i can afford the poseidon rite now though, i think ill just rely on food and mid workout carbs.

alrite cool if the arginine works best at that time for you then don't change it. Yea just play around with the alcar as well. i can't remember but did you have a thread about the carbs and if so did you decide what you gonna use mid workout(just wondering..)?
 
i still havent decided i used to drink carbo force, i may just eat a nutri grain bar or two i dunno yet.
