Need help with liquid orals

Winny and anadrol... Liquid orals. I see a lot of recipes using PGA(ever clear) and PEG
I cant get ever clear in my country. Will 151 rum work with the same recipes? or could I just use more PEG? whats a better/stronger solvent? PEG or 151 rum

Would everclear only work for many orals that PEG is recommended for? Just out of curiosity but unsure if PEG is mandatory or not
