Need help with diet

I am doing a bulking cycle currently. I weigh 215# and I want to increase to 235# after I get done. I am 6"1' tall. This is my typical diet:

Meal 1:
5 Eggs Scrambled
2 Slices Whole Wheat Toast
Protein Shake w/skim milk
1/2 Cup Oats
Fruit

Meal 2:
Protein Shake w/skim milk
Fruit

Meal 3:
Tuna Pita
Yougart
Salad (Lettuce, Cucumbers, Avocado, Tomato )
Fruit
Veg / V8

Meal 4:
Peanut Butter Sandwitch
Protein Shake w/ Skim Milk
Almonds
Fruit

Meal 5:
Chicken Breast or Steak
Brown Rice
Broccoli
V8 Juice

Meal 6:
Protein Shake w/ skim milk
1/2 Cup Oats
Fruit

Cal: 4757 Fat: 173 Carbs: 400 Protein: 386

i would definatly have less protein shakes and more omega-3 fats, make meal 2 an actual meal, protein shake + milk isnt a meal! (unless its a gallon of milk :p)

also get a dense grainy bread instead of the pita....aaaand you seem to be taking in ALOT of fat, are your sure you wouldnt benefit more from decreasing fats and increasing carbs?
 
I eat the whole egg and I buy the ones with added omega-3. Do most of you skip the yoke? I sometimes have only 2 or 3 of the five yokes. I also take flex seed oil, multi's and other suppliments. I guess I could take out a shake and have a meal for the second one or add a chicken breast.
 
i belive that fish sources of omega-3 have the highest bioavailability, so try get some fish oil caps, or fatty fish into your diet, i wouldnt rely on omega-3 eggs for your intake (especially with the amount of fat your eating!)

try keeping your fat intake to 20-25% of total calories, as it is the macronutrient which is most easily stored as adipose
