IM weighing 165 lbm and im 6' with bf of around 12
i wanna try to get to 180 and lose some bf
Ibought some halodrol liquigels and BAM and JW and was wondering if i could stack them all together or seperatly..i want to find the best way to gain mass and strength please help me!!(im also gunna b taking my everyday multi's,protien,amino's, and zma)
