need help with coconut oil

I am planning on purchasing some coconut oil in the near future but wat to make sure I purchase the correct product. I have been told to make sure to look for extra virgin and unreffined oil, does the oil have to have both of these properties to have the health benefits?
 
I just get the organic coconut oil from the health food section at Kroger. It has been "naturally" refined. Not sure if this good or bad. Solid at room temp. Really good to stir fry veggies with.
 
so it doesnt have to be virgin to have the health benefits? the luann brand at walmart is REALLY cheap but all the ingredients say is coconut oil not unrefined or virgin

Look to see if it has hydrogenated oil in it. If it is a liquid then it probably does and you should continue looking.
