Need Help with Aromatase Inhibitor (AI)!!

Can ANYONE explain to me the proper application of an Aromatase Inhibitor (AI)? All the information out there seems to be contradictory to me.

I am 45 and have been on TRT for several years under a doctor’s care (100mg of test cypionate a week). At times, I get a little soreness under my right nipple, so I know there is either prolactin based issues going on and/or elevated estrogen levels.

A lot of the information I have read says to take a daily OTC AI since it’s a minor problem and a small dose of Test cyp. However, Llewellyn, and some others say we should NEVER take an AI or mess with Estrogen levels in this manner (suicide inhibitors).

Can anyone shed some light on the use and frequency of Aromatase inhibitors as they apply to my situation?

its more than likely estrogen related. Aromasin or Arimidex are the best one for that. prolatin you'll need to take Cabergoline.

DHT's are also great for counter acting estrogen. Primo, Anavar, or Masterone are the best to use. my .02

Sounds like prolactin...Try p5p and b6 before bed. Also, if the problems are the still there, i would try a using an AI, such as arimidex at .5mg EOD or E3D. or Just use an otc AI
