Need help with a bulking diet

Starting my Bulking cycle soon and was wondering if anyone had any sugestions for a good diet that wont gain me too much fat. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Im 6'2'' 210 around 15%

Start by reading the first page of posts since this is covered atleast weekly.
 
Also realize that you will gain some fat. Buy a ton of quality foods and prepare meals in advance. Have protein shakes after working out and slower absorbing protein before bed. Do not buy into this whole dirty bulking vs. clean bulking stuff. There is no such thing as dirty bulking, as common sense would suggest stuffing your face with quality foods vs crap. Buy meats in bulk when they are on sale.
 
You are 28 pounds lighter than me, but around same BF %. I would eat

1) 4 EGGS, TURKEY BACON, VEGGIES Scrambled with 2 PCS wheat toast with smart balance
2) 50GM protein Isolate 1 SVG Peanut butter, or flax oil 1 apple
3) 8oz chicken breast grilled, brown rice 1 cup, veggies
4)50gm protein isolate, 4 celery sticks with peanut butter
Train
5) 8 oz lean steak (sirloin) grilled, 2 cups jasmine rice
6) 8oz Chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, broccoli.

Multi vitamin, fish oil, cla, vit c, calcium, ZMA, Glutamine, BCAA, pre and post workout,
Digestive enzymes
Drink water, Tea, coffee, and gatorade, powerade as needed
