Hello everyone,im currently 30yrs old
I have been diagnosed with very Low T- Levels.
Average is between 400-800
I'm pushing close to 100 (levelwise)

My doctor will be sending me to an endocrinologist.
I currently have Kaiser and will be getting legit Testosterone treatment.
My question is, is there a specific one I should ask for that will increase, strength and muscle mass.
I currently workout 4x week for 45min to 1hr 15 mins a session.
I want to benefit fully from this situation.

Please lend me some advice

i think your expectation might be a little high...a legit endocrinologist probably won't prescribe over 200mg weekly dose-at least not long term...for the goals you are seeking you need to see a trt clinic those places will give you pretty much anything you want from what i've heard.

Make sure they let you do your own injections at home and inject twice a week. Don’t agree to pellets or gels and don’t go for a one a month or once every two weeks injection. You need frequency to minimize peaks and valleys in your hormones

Thanks man, I appreciate the feedback. I'm not expecting to crazy with it or abuse it, there are just SO many types and I don't know what to ask for specifically.

Good to know, I appreciate it. Do you happen to know what specifically to ask for?
There's too many types.

I go through an online pharmacy and do 60mg twice a week injection. Ask for testosterone cypionate injections. They will probably start you really low, 120mg a week puts me right at the top of the levels but anything will probably help you feel better. I noticed changes in a month and by three months felt great a year latter now and I am so different in terms of stamina, ability to benefit from lifting and overall mood it’s night and day

Are you asking about the different types of testosterone esters? Like cypinate, enathate, propionate, etc?

if you are, then the effects are the same. The only difference is how long the half life is and how long it takes your body to metabolize it. Which translates into less or more frequent injections. The effects are the same. But in the US more than likely any prescribed intra muscular injected testosterone is going to be cypianate, or maybe enathate. But you should request injections and do them at least once a week. No longer in between shots. Don’t do pellets or gel.

mans if you have had actual low testosterone, you will see benefits in the gym and muscle wise in the beginning but don’t expect it to have the same results as an actual “cycle” of testosterone or other steroids. The goal of HRT is too get you within normal healthy range and nothing more

Yea , i know I'm not getting Deca, Tren or anything like that. Just by having such low levels, just sucks, I'm just grateful to be aware where whats been going on with me. But because I know that most guys in this area are far more experienced and have knowledge that I do not have that made me want to reach out and seek some guidance, so a huge thanks btw . I didn't quite know where to begin, I just looked up through the Kaiser site on what they offer, and saw injections, pellets, gels etc and needed some help narrow things down and improve myself physically ofcourse.
