Need help reconstituting bpc-157

I have 5mg vials of BPC, and a friend told me to mix with 2mls of bacteriostatic H20. I am confused by the conversion. I have 1ml syringes and want a 500 mcg dose. Do I draw to the .25ml mark? Thank you
