need help real quick

Hey guys..I need an answer by the a.m.....im taking msten by assault labs..so far so good...now time to up the dose to 4 times a day..they are 4mg pills...how do I do this...all at once, 2 in the morning 2at night, or spread evenly through out the day?? Thanks
 
Just checked for the half-life of Msten and there's not much to be found. Only that it's probably similar to Superdrol's which is only narrowed down to 8-12 hours. In that case splitting every 12 hours would not keep your blood levels as consistent as spreading them evenly.
 
I would split it into three doses, taking two PWO and then one for the other two dosages, evenly spaced apart.
