Need Help on Bulking

Hi, im new to this site and looking for some information.
Im 6'5 and 205 pounds around 12 percent body fat i am looking to gain 20-25 pounds by the end of the summer.
The Supplements i am currently taking are NO Xplode, Cell Mass, WHey Protein, and Nitrix. Any Information or workouts would be greatly appreciated thanks.
 
Whats your diet like?
 
In the mourning I take a protein shake and usually pb with a bagel, then i take no xplode. after my workout i take cell mass then usually some yogurt/fruit/some kind of sandwich usally ham. At Night i usually eat some grilled chicken with a salad. I snack on nuts and before going to bed i drink another protein shake. thanks for the reply

You need to eat A LOT more. Have a look around the bulking section at other peoples diets and you'll get the idea of what kind of foods and the amount you'll need to eat :)

P.S i'd add more but i'm in the middle of a Smallville marathon, its just to good to stop!
 
It's very simple.Eat every 2-3 hr's.Lots of protien and lots of carbs.If you start gaining too much fat,then back off the carbs a little,and or start eating cleaner.I recomend doing a little bit of cardio too,to help stay lean.
