Need help for my first true cycle

Need help for you lads. I am ready for my first proper cycle I'm thinking 400 mg tren e and 500 mg test e a week for 10 weeks. I have messed about with steroids in the past but lost all my gains. I did a mini 5 week cycle of 500 mg tri Sus 250 a week and 50 mg a day of dbol and another mini 5 week cycle with 500 mg a week of test e and 50 mg a day of oxys. My gains were good but I total lost it all as quick as I put it on and I'm thinking it was the orals.filling me up with water. So am looking for a cycle to give me as much perminent lean muscle as possable. So what are your thought with the 400 mg tren e and 500 mg test e
 
long esters of test like e and cyp dont even kick in until around week 4, thats why people run orals to kick start cycles. you lost all your gains because your diet was probably terrible, you didnt run a proper pct, you didnt research anything at all, etc. there is no such thing as permanent muscle gains. you can gain muscle but you need to increase calories t feed those muscles, which you probably didnt do.

400mg of tren e is a bit much. also a long ester tren is a poor idea since this is youre first time running tren and the sides won't subside quickly once you stob pinning it. if you ran tren a it would be out of your system much fast and the sides would go away much more quickly if you reacted poorly to it.

by oxy's im assumign you mean you ran anadrol at 50mg/day? thats a somewhat low dose but not a bad idea to start with.

how old are you?
 
Thanks for your reply. I'm 25 and I can agree with you on my diet I have protein shakes and multivitamin sect but I basically live on tuna pasta. So do you think I should drop the tren e for tren a but keep the test e. And at what dose would you say.

i would suggest you get the diet in check before you run another cycle but if you decide to not take the advice this is what i would recommend.

weeks 1-12 test e @500mg/week
weeks 1-4 or 1-6 the oral of your choice. im running epi right now at 40mg a day and its really some good stuff. clean gains with not too much water weight, low sides, and awesome strength gains. its a ds but a damn good one.

since this will be your first properly run cycle i would say no to the tren. it is some awesome stuff but that comes at the price of some pretty steep sides. with a solid diet and solid pct you can expect to keep 20lbs after pct but everyone is different. research some more on this board with searches like "first cycle, pct, on cycle estrogen control." there is a wealth of information on here and you are lacking even the basic understandings of how to run a well designed cycle. im not trying to be a jerk or put you down but youre just wasting money and asking for a ****ty recovery with no gains kept if you do anything near what you did for youre previous cycles. for instance, running long ester test for 5 weeks when it should be 10-12. no mention of a pct of any kind. running tren for a first real cycle (save that for later down the road).
 
I understand the side effects of tren but i wont to give it a run a friend of mine has finished his 3rd cycle running it at 400mg a week stacked with 500mg sus and he looks like a different person all his fat has been stripped and every muscle has defanition.

I have been checking out some more on a PCT what are your throught on what iv come up with ?

Cycle (10 Weeks)

tren a 200mg - 1.5ml (300mg) per week for 10 weeks
test e 250mg - 2ml (500mg) per week for 10 weeks
200 dbol 10mg - 50mg per day for the first 4 weeks

PCT (4 Weeks)

Clomid 100mg per day for 2 weeks then 50mg per day for 2 weeks
Nolvadex 20mg per day for 4 weeks
