Need help for diagnostic

Ignore the troll.

Based on what you outlined as your primary food choices your fats sound low, increasing your dietary fats should have a positive effect on your T production.

I recommend replacing some of your chicken with beef if possible. And don't be afraid to use things like olive oil or drinking whole fat milk throughout the day.

Good advice. Does olive oil ever make anyone fat?

I use it, I use olive oil and colza oil. 1x per week i eat salmon and 1x red meat (beef...)

1x a week is not very much.

I eat red meat 2x a day.

Whole eggs too, I'm also willing to bet that your total calorie consumption is low because the foods you eat are not very calorie dense (chicken breast, rice, etc.)

Eggs every morning with a tall glass of whole fat milk and then some type of carbs, chicken/rice for lunch and a big red meat dinner with carbs and another tall glass of whole milk and you should gain fairly steadily.

Okay thanks everyone. I will change my food and call another doc.
Sorry for disturbing everyone even you rphash!

Someone know about insulin? My friend think I am "insulin resistant"...?

I would prepare a list of things and then go to your doctor and ask them. None of us here can tell you if you're insulin resistant, whether your IGF-1 levels are too low, etc

I know you take it as prescribed only. Or if your career has made it past state-level bodybuilding at least.
See a doctor.....
Try some alpha lipoic acid too.
