Need help cutting...

Hey everyone. New to the site and happy to be here. The reason I'm posting is because I had some questions about cutting. My stats are been lifting on and off for 7 years. I'm 4 weeks into a 6 week halovar cycle. Seen some massive gains and added around 11 lbs so far. I'm running halovar 50/50/75/75/75/75, os pill for pill with halovar, milk thisle, hawethorne berry, fish oil and my multi. Got taurine on hand in case of back pump issues. My pct is tamox at 20/20/10/10, m. thisle, h. berry, f. oil and multi, and creatine mono. Now the reason I am asking about cutting is because I am 6'3, now 235, but 18-20% bf. I know I started a ph at too high of a bf but thats neither here, nor there at this point. My question is, should I run a cutting cycle such as an eca stack or clen after my cycle? Or should I just diet and exercise natty? I'm planning on taking a 6 week break after my cycle to get my body leveled out first. I'm looking to shred fat and tighten up. Most of my fat is in my belly. I actually have nice arms and legs. So, what do u guys reccomend? Cycle? Natty? If natty should I aim for a caloric deficit? Low carbs? Higher cardio? If cycle what supps and what dosage? What would you do to shred if u were me? please help if possible... thx...
 
my suggestion is to finish ur cycle and PCT as planned. after ur PCT, run some clen 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. during the "off weeks" run ephedrine and caffeine. u wont drop the bf% without being in a calorie deficit, so definitely clean up the diet and add in low intensity cardio 3-4 day per week.

make ur goal to get down to at least 12%bf before cycling again. the leaner u are pre cycle...the better the gains will be ON cycle.
 
Everyone is different. Us tall guys have it bad because we want that size, especially on our arms and legs, that we just bulk year-round until we get a fat midsection. I hate cutting because first thing I lose is my chest and arms....then I get my abs back. I personally would continue to bulk through pct and for another month at least following that. Then pick a ph/aas known for hardness and strength(epistane, my personal favorite) and stack it with what many to consider an anti-catabolic cutter(clenbuterol seems like its working for me although unpleasant) and dont go crazy but clean up your diet(carbs at night, sat. fats lowered a bit, etc...) and find what form of cardio works best for you.(i can clean up my diet and supplement all I want but I dont lean out unless Im doing cardio) Rosie's got a good thread/e-paper about fat-loss and Unreal's guide to recomping titled "but I want to get big/huge AND ripped!" is fantastic too... I personally am unwilling to give up size and strength again by doing a natty cut but if you want to do it natty, check with MM11 (his thread titled progression and persistence could motivate anyone to think its possible) dude looks incredible...

Sounds good. How long should I run the two? and what dhould the dosing be like for my size and goals ive heard many different ones? The deficit and cardio wont be a problem. Thx for the feedback the both of you...
 
I'm no expert on either. Epistane is great in a calorie deficit, you should hold onto strength well. You could run it straight through 4-6 weeks at 30,40,40,40 etc. or pulse it on workout days only for 5-8 weeks at 30,50,50 etc.. Clen is really what you can tolerate. I haven't been able to get it above 30 mcg once daily due to jitters, blood pressure, and sleep issues. Some can run it up to 70 mcg twice daily. Either way start at 10-20 mcg and very slowly taper up. There is plenty of info on AM forums to learn how to run either of these. Most people run Clen 2 weeks on, 2 off, using benadryl nightly either as needed during or every night during the 2 week off cycle.
 
hey man would superdrol be a good cutter? i amgetting done with a sd/lmg bulk cycle and have more of a gut then im comfortable with, so bulk through post cycle and cut on the next cycle?

In my opinion its a matter of caring about how you look during the cycle, or the final look(once you shed the water weight SD is notorious for giving its users). The way I see it, the stronger the compound, the more cardio and the larger the calorie deficit you can get away with. For me, feeling decent and being able to notice reults during my cut are important which is why I prefer something a bit milder, such as epi.

this. if you do it your way youll end up posting how you dont realize how you lost all your gains from cycle in such a short time.

BCAA- proven to build muscle and burn fat
supersets
pre-exhaustion
20 rep squats
cut rest periods between sets

people seem to think theyre gunna lose all kinds of muscle mass if they drop just below maint.cals ..... it really doesnt work that way

AGREED.

Start to run a recomp on cycle with doing the thigngs above in your workouts. Do not try and cut during PCT, you will lose all the new muscle gains.

You could pick up a bottle or 2 of katandrol which is close winny, AAS winny. Dose it around 350mg ish. You could start it wk3-4 and run that 6wks( its a non meth) and be on cycle for a total time of 9wks which will allow you to cut longer and the fatloss should be there in PCT and after.

Cutting is not easy tho, it takes you really wanting it.:saevilw::saevilw:

I would rec need2slin along with cycle im using this now and its veyr nice. was using Rezolution from lg (of course lol) and its good but more stimy.
need2slin i can take late in day if i feel like it
