Need help altering .mp3 files

Can someone help me figure out how to edit .mpeg files ? Me and my coworker have some video of this really chubby person we took and want to voice over it with Jabba The Hut, block/blur out the face, and probably put some kind of credits at the end.

We have like 5 different .mpeg videos we filmed, but I need to figure out how to edit,voice over, mold 2 clips together,etc.


Someone help me out ?

.mpeg files I mean, not .mp3 which is audio
